Network Maintenance and Support are technical support services provided in accordance with certain service levels in order to ensure installation, problem resolution and smooth operation of hardware and system software of network products (router, switch, model, AP, Voice, GW, etc.) for corporations located on local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN). These are executed and managed based on call or service-level.

System Support

PC-Server-Peripherals Maintenance and Support are technical support services offered in compliance with certain service levels in order to ensure that PC, server and peripheral products (printers, scanners etc.) located within the IT infrastructure of customers, are installed and run end-to-end in compliance with standards. These are executed and managed based on call or service-level. The basic scope of the service include the elimination of hardware problems on the server, PC, network and printers and software problems on operating systems and/or software on this hardware.

Data Storage Systems Support

The Data Storage Systems Support Service is a range of technical support services provided in compliance with certain service levels in order to ensure that storage systems on the IT infrastructure of our customers are installed, run and maintained in compliance with standards. These are executed and managed based on call or service-level. The basic scope of the service include the elimination of hardware problems on storage systems and software problems on operating systems and/or software on these types of hardware and their smooth operation with higher performance.

Security Systems Support

Security Maintenance/Support is a range of technical support services provided in accordance with certain service levels in order to ensure troubleshooting of software problems and the smooth operation of hardware and system software of security products (firewall HSM, router, e-mail security software, content filtering etc.) of customers located on local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN). These are executed and managed based on call or service-level.

Desktop Systems Support

PC-Peripherals Maintenance and Support is a range of technical support services offered in compliance with certain service levels in order to ensure that PC and peripheral products (printers, scanners etc.) located in the IT infrastructure of customers are installed and run end-to-end in compliance with standards. These are executed and managed based on call or service-level. The main scope of the service include the elimination of hardware problems on PCs, network and printers and software problems on operating systems and/or software on these types of hardware and their smooth operation.

The Server Systems Support Service are technical support services provided in compliance with certain service levels in order to ensure that servers on the IT infrastructure of our customers are installed, run and maintained in compliance with standards. These are executed and managed based on call or service-level. The main scope of the service includes the elimination of hardware problems on server systems and software problems on operating systems and/or software on these types of hardware and their smooth operation.

IMACD

IMACD services include the process of effective, efficient and smooth installation, transportation, modification and scrapping of desktop and laptop computers, printers, scanners, their operating systems and standard applications. We thus offer project or call-based support services to our customers in accordance with certain service levels in parallel with the user-side product and /or systems requirements.

Our competent staff provides fast and efficient installation, transportation, inventory and modification services.

Staging (Pre-Configuration)

"Staging services" are gaining ever more importance in minimizing associated risks of undertaking IT projects. BDH has the physical environment and required skilled human resources to perform the staging of various IT products (desktop or network), thereby increasing the success potential and efficiency of roll-out services while organizations focus on their core businesses without having to deal with the stress of finding suitable locations and skilled labor. The added-value afforded by staging services to customers can be summarized as follows:

  • Checking compatibility of inventory and shipment

  • Mounting of hardware and network components

  • Installation of operating system and applications

  • Backup and update services

  • Loading all available software, firmware and patches

  • Running software on network components

  • Testing to minimizing application errors

  • Preparation for and management of roll-outs consisting of multiple locations (desktop or network components)

We successfully carry out staging services in general industry as well as for banks and our foreign partners.

Installation

We partially or fully install and interconnect software and hardware through our "New Systems Installation” services in accordance with customer standards.

Storage and Logistics

We ensure the storage, forwarding, management, recording and reporting of customer products and components under required conditions.

Modifications and Updates

We set up fast communication within pre-defined processes between the customer and our customer services group in case of any hardware failure and the need of repairs. This scope includes any repair needed for hardware failures in products or sub-parts, such as devices and circuit packages (excluding consumables) or to take advantage of any design modifications (updates) allowing for higher performance efficiencies.

Orders are recorded in our SAP database when the customer makes the hardware support request via phone or electronically.

Any defective equipment is repaired or replaced with their equivalent within defined periods (hour/day).

The solutions may also be provided outside business hours as part of our 24/7 service approach. The repairs can be performed at domestic locations, overseas or on-site.

Periodic Maintenance and Reporting Services

Periodic Maintenance

Problems may arise in hardware due to various reasons such as operating conditions. Maintenance service is provided at certain intervals in order to prevent potential problems and is a service recommended by the manufacturer and BDH. This service is conducted in compliance with the principles and instructions found in standard technical maintenance catalogs.

Site Survey

This process is a detailed analysis of system infrastructure considering current inventory and needs and where it is necessary to present the topology of the whole system, as well as the security structure system topology, as part of the operation. The aim is to improve the IT infrastructure of corporations to meet contemporary requirements.
